The Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival returns to Lake Skinner on Friday May 17th for three days of Music, Wine and Balloon rides. Stone Temple Pilots will kick off the event on Friday followed by Lynyrd Skynyrd on Saturday and George Thorogood and the Destroyers closing the event on Sunday night.
