“I wrote (Love Me Right Or Cut Me Loose) “to give strength and courage to women that are in toxic relationships with cheaters or abusers,” explains Los Angeles-based blues musician, Sandy Haley. “If you can’t love me right, if you don’t want to just be mine, cut me loose. The video shows the young daughter witnessing the verbal abuse and covering her ears. This song was written with love, Let’s break the cycle now for our daughters,” she concludes. A great sentiment — just in time to honor International Women’s Day worldwide on Tuesday, March 8.
