Mojo Monday blues radio show and KWVH 94.3 FM present a Special Broadcast featuring artists performing at the 20th Anniversary Blues From The Top Music Festival in Winter Park, Colorado, airing Monday, June 6 from 8pm-10pm Central Time (BFTT special re-broadcasts Thursday, June 9 from 12Noon-2PM. “We (BFTT Publicist Doug Deutsch) and I got together to do this project and promote the artists at the Blues From The Top Festival, hoping that some people can go see them live, or if they can’t, that they’re interested enough to follow a artist and buy some of their music or go see them live elsewhere,” explains Mojo Monday Host, Mark Lombardi, who’s hosted the weekly, two-hour Mojo Monday program for three years on the radio station based in Wimberly, Texas.
On the June 6 show, lauded blues guitarist and one of the BFTT headliners, Sue Foley is interviewed by Mark.
“I love playing new artist’s music and ask that they friend me on Facebook and send me some of their music (mp3 format),” says Lombardi. “We have an active and quickly-growing Mojo Monday Facebook Group with listeners in all fifty states as well as France, England, Italy and the Philippines.”
