Nadir D’Priest and Ronee Pena (London)
London was formed in 1978 by Lizzie Grey and Nikki Sixx. The two met when Sixx was recruited to play bass for Sister, the band that Grey was in with Blackie Lawless. This line-up did not last long and soon Grey and Sixx left to form London. The two recruited a local drummer named Dane Rage. By 1985, the line-up consisted of Grey and Stradlin, vocalist Nadir D’Priest, drummer Bobby Marks and bassist Brian West (TKO). Marks soon left to form the first line-up of Keel, and Fred Coury was brought in as his replacement. Stradlin then left to form Guns N’ Roses with close friend Axl Rose. Non-Stop Rock, London’s debut album was recorded at this point. Soon after the album was finished, Coury left the band, eventually becoming part of Cinderella. Wailin’ Jennings Morgan replaced him. Before the band’s second album Don’t Cry Wolf (produced by LONDON & Kim Fowley) was recorded, two new members, drummer Derek Shea and guitarist Frankie Jones joined. Jason (Malletman) Taylor
Jason “Malletman” Taylor
When “Malletman” steps on the stage get ready to brace yourself for an evening of musical excitement, as a leader of the locked-in groove of swing you will find his music begins to lift off and the fun begins. Malletman’s command of his performance is mesmerizing from twirling mallets, dancing accents with soulful whimsey that finds its way with pocketed rhythms accentuating colorful moves on his instrument.
Taylor is known for his unique presentation of Jazz. , R&B and swing, creating a signature sound that he calls vibrafunk. He describes it as “the sound of a vibraphone smacked together with the thumping of a Bass guitar”

As an artist there is so much to talk about, however my love for the Lord supersedes it all. God has truly blessed my life, my career and my family. Learning “it’s not about me” was probably the most profound discovery I could make after spending an entire teen & young adult life mastering the secular performance skill set.
I retired as a Rockette from Radio City Music Hall and turned all the gifts and talents over to God to use as He sees’ fit. I have worked more steadily and continuously every since. God has a wonderful sense of humor!
