Austin Mo
From a young age, Austin Mo has been performing and crafting his soulful classic rock sound starting at the Sacramento Music Festival in 2015. Performing music by his influences Stevie Ray Vaughn, BB King, Santana, Led Zeppelin, Bad Company and more, Austin Mo discovered his love for rock guitar. Austin’s
favorite guitar being an early 1970’s Gibson flying V. Encouraged by Tesla guitarist Frank Hannon to discover his own sound and to start writing original music, Austin Mo has been working hard to discover his own voice.
When Austin was 16 years old he was one of five kids in the U.S chosen to play music internationally in Europe with the Blues kids of America (In 2014). Since that time, Austin has been inducted into The Brotherhood of The Guitar and has been chosen to participate in several national guitar competitions such as The Guitar Slingers Contest in Seattle, Washington. He was one of 16 chosen out of 2,000 entrants to perform at The MOPOP Museum. (In 2017). In addition, Austin was also one
of 60 chosen out of 5,000 entrants to perform in Brookefield, Wisconsin for The Wilson Center Guitar Festival Competition held at Wilson Center for the Arts. (In 2017). Austin was ranked 9th in Guitar.com’s “Top 10 Young Blues-Breakers Making the Blues Fun Again” in 2023. Austin has since created his blues/rock trio, and opened for greats such as Tesla, Y&T, Jared James Nichols, Strawberry Alarm Clock at (The World Famous Whiskey A GOGO), Eric Gales, Canaan Smith, Chris Cain, The Blasters, Twanna Turner, and The Frank Hannon Band.
Currently, Austin is working with Frank Hannon of Frank Hannon Productions as well as Joe Merrick of Guilty Dog Studios recording and producing his new album. Austin is determined to tour the world sharing his love for music. To support and develop the Gibson Generation Class of 2025, Gibson has enlisted the talents of longtime partner and Epiphone Signature Artist Emily Wolfe as the official G3 Class of 2025 Global Mentor. Wolfe has created a curriculum that will explore several tracks–Guitar Player, Songwriter, Front Person, and Triple Threat– designed to empower each G3 member with knowledge and hands-on experience in preparation for a career in music. Bill Grisolia (the Bill Grisolia Band)
Bill Grisolia is an award-winning singer, songwriter, and piano player, and is a voting member of The Recording Academy. He founded several bands throughout his musical career including the popular Long-Beach-based band New Blues Revolution.
Bill’s touring career took off in the 1990s and with his enigmatic stage presence and powerful vocals, he tasted immense success as a live performer, to date. His music has been described as having a “unique blend of traditional blues roots with a modern twist which has made him a crowd favorite and earned him the respect of his peers.” He is the recipient of several awards including the Blues Living Legend Award (2X), Entertainer of the Year 2024, Best Americana Blues single at the LA Music Awards, and was selected as of one of the top 100 bands in the USA for 2004 and 2023 by Music Connection.
Bill is a House of Blues artist having played at four of their venues, including three on their main stages, multiple times in his career. He has been the opening act for many of music’s greats including Macy Gray, Starship, Lee Rocker, Los Lobos, Leon Russell, Tab Benoit, Canned Heat, and more. Bill also opened for Dionne Warwick, Bert Bacharach, and Johnny Mathis, who headlined his concert series, ‘Wish upon a Song’ for the Miller Children’s Hospital.
Besides performing at legendary venues in Los Angeles such as The Troubadour, Whiskey a Go Go, and The Roxy, Bill has been a big hit headlining at nationally revered blues and rock venues such as The Tin Roof (San Diego), Blue Cat Blues (Dallas) and Knuckleheads (Kansas City), and at prominent international venues like the Black Note (Valencia, Spain), Cantina West (Helsinki, Finland), Rock Sta (Olu, Finland), and Bayerischer Hof Hotel (Munich, Germany).
Bill founded the charity, the Long Beach Blues Society whose mission is to educate the next generation about where blues came from, help artists from less well-off backgrounds and provide inspirational learning opportunities, concerts and engagements for youth, seniors, veterans and undeserved communities. Bill leads the vanguard of the new blues movement in the U.S. (think Black Keys, White Stripes, Joe Bonamassa and John Mayer). He plays festivals, concerts and top night clubs in the US and internationally.
