The scarecrows are back in Fallbrook! Halloween events are happening all over along with a few Harvest or Fall Festivals, plus the Fall Festival of Gems and Stagecoach Sunday in Fallbrook, and the Ren Faire in Escondido. Oktoberfest is still going on.  More music, art and wine festivals in San Diego. There are International Film Festivals in San Diego and Fallbrook. Del Mar, Oceanside and Bates Nut Farm have Pumpkin Patches, along with other events.
