And all at once, summer collapsed into fall… Oscar Wilde

The last few summer concerts are happening and there are tons more things to do. The Del Mar Wine + Food Festival, Restaurant Week and the Miramar Air Show are this month, plus art shows, car shows, and a whole bunch of festivals including the Viking Festival in Vista, Adams Avenue and Oktoberfest. There is a Maritime Festival in Dana Point. The Pumpkin Patch at Bates Nut Farm and in Del Mar will open this month. It’s the last month for Cruisin’ Grand in Escondido.  A number of Halloween events start in September.
